1. What is your return policy?
If you are not absolutely delighted with your new Let’er Buck Cologne, we want to make to make it as easy as possible to return it and receive a refund.

2. How do I return merchandise?
First, please call our Customer Service number at (509) 439-1227 and they will issue you a Return Pre-Authorization Number (RPAN). You will need to carefully package the cologne with the cologne seals on the tin intact into the provided cardboard shipping box and pay for return shipping costs along with a copy of your RPAN. We will issue a credit card refund once the product is returned in good condition.

3. My merchandise is damaged, what do I do?
First, if our product arrived damaged, we offer our sincere apologies and will remedy the situation as fast as we possible. Please start by calling our Customer Service number at (509) 439-1227. We will request that you fill out one of our standard damage reports and ship the cologne back to our warehouse in it’s original cardboard shipping box with the cologne seals on the tin unopened. Upon review of your report, we will reimburse your shipping costs and ship a replacement order to you within 1-5 business days.

4. Do you have any other products?
For 2010, Let’er Buck Cologne is our only product for sale. Stay tuned for exciting new fragrance related products coming on line in the future.

5. I saw one of the vintage Let’er Buck Cologne wooden crates on display at my local retail shop. Can I buy one of those?
The limited edition boxes have proven to be very popular and may be offered for sale on the website in the future, but are not presently for sale. That said, if you order a (12) twelve pack of cologne before the end of 2010 for $828, we will package the bottles in the limited edition wooden crate free of charge. It would make a great holiday gift for friends and relatives.

5. How can I check the status of my order?
You will receive an automated response sent to your email address complete with Fed-Ex Tracking Number and phone number.

6. How long will it take me to receive my merchandise?
Typically, orders ship within 2 business days of receiving order. Shipping time depends on your selected shipping option. We offer options ranging from Basic 1-5 business day delivery to Priority Overnight delivery.

Variable depending on your required time frame. Please refer to the listing shipping options of the Shopping Cart menu as time frames and shipping destinations will impact the shipping and handling costs. We offer options ranging from Basic 1-5 business day delivery to Priority Overnight delivery.

9. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to a individual, but not to a business, retailer, distributor or supplier.

10. Can I gift this item?
Absolutely. Add your personal comments to the Special Instruction section of the Shopping Cart and we will include the note with the shipping receipt and hide the purchase costs.

11. Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
No, sorry, but FED-Ex requires an address with Zip Code.

12. What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Mastercard, Visa and Discover cards only.

13. Do you sell my information? Is my information safe?
We do not sell any of our client’s information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for the safety and confidentiality of your provided information.

14. I would like to become a retail seller of your product. How do I contact Western Crossings, LLC?
Simply click on “sales@leterbuckcologne.com” and send along your contact and store information. We will have our Director of Sales contact you within two business days.

15. What do you mean by pre-orders?
Let’er Buck Cologne will be launched officially on September 15, 2010–the first day of the 100th Pendleton Round-Up.  Pre-orders are available starting August 15th, 2010, meaning that you can order your bottle before it’s available in stores.  Your bottle will be shipped to you on the official launch date of September 15.
